Its Here, its really here! Its spring!

Finally, a wonderful, warm spring day!
Here is hubby fishing...

And Nick...cast and all

I have no idea why the grass died in that spot...will have to work on that!

I cannot wait to start planting more hydrangeas...I think I killed last years...I love green, but I need some color....and I may sneak in a few more roses while I'm at it...nothing blooming in back yet, but the front is coming alive..but I didn't get pics before my battery died...

I also received my Spring swap already! It was wonderful! I also didn't get pics of that yet before the battery died....will post them tomorrow!

Isn't it wonderful when you know in your bones that spring has landed. And you know what follows spring.......!!!

Spring has sprung here in Texas too - I just love it. And most of my grass I actually spent money on died last year because of the drought here, so your super green grass looks gorgeous to me!!

We had a warm and sunny weekend in Ohio and it was wonderful. I also live with the lake in my front yard. I love the water and the warm breezes.

Hi There Arlene!

Your hubby looks quite content but who wouldn't at such a peaceful place. Love the dock and water view! Hope your son gets his cast off soon.
Warmest regards,
Gerre

What lovely weather we are all FINALLY having in these blog parts!

We had bald patches in our front yard, too. We found out we had grubs (eewwww!) - those nasty Japanese beetle larvae. We found an organic product we sprinkled on the lawn and it did the trick! I believe the brand name of the product was "Cockadoodle-doo" (honestly)!
